340B Manager / Pharmacy experience needed Must have management/ leadership experience Pay: $30 to $52 depending on experience Hours: 8a-5p M-F PST HOURS Location: REMOTE Program Manager, 340B ComplianceJob Summary The Program Manager, 340B Compliance, supports eligible hospitals in maintaining compliance with all aspects of the 340B Drug Pricing Program as defined by the Office of Pharmacy Affairs and organizational policies. This role assists facilities in optimizing purchasing and replenishment processes, manages contract pharmacy relationships, and ensures program integrity across all participating sites. FLSA: Exempt Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience Preferred: Master's degree Required: Seven or more years of 340B program experience Preferred: Hospital pharmacy experience Preferred: Prior leadership experience Licenses and Certifications Required: Active Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist license Required: APEXUS Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Skills and Abilities Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Preferred: Experience using Power BI Required: Experience with EPIC Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and implement 340B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and organizational guidelines. Oversee the 340B governance group to standardize operations across markets. Create and deliver system-wide 340B education programs for staff. Monitor and report on 340B compliance, drug utilization, program savings, and discrepancies. Conduct regular audits of 340B pricing and coordinate corrections with wholesalers. Support facilities in maintaining CDM-to-NDC crosswalks for accurate purchasing and replenishment. Collaborate with split-billing and contract pharmacy vendors to ensure compliance and optimize savings. Perform internal audits, identify performance gaps, and develop corrective action plans. Prepare for and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation. Identify opportunities for program improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Participate in special projects, initiatives, and ongoing 340B compliance efforts.
