Job Title: Office clerk/Data clerk/ Data entry /Document /Record Specialist Duration: 6+ Months Location: Pineville Louisiana 71360 Salary Range:$18-$19 Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Introduction This temporary position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and technical skills to assist with the management and organization of records and data. The role is 100% onsite and involves supporting various departments in improving their document management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Autonomy Experience with Power BI (PBI) Agility Self-drive Proficiency in Excel and strong Office 365 skills Skilled in data entry with attention to detail Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications Additional experience in data management or related fields Familiarity with electronic document and records management systems Experience in developing records compliance and retention programs Day-to-Day Responsibilities Evaluate and determine records management needs for departments and workgroups Develop recommendations and procedures for the creation, control, storage, and disposal of records Provide user support for document and records management systems, troubleshooting user errors Develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and measurement metrics Analyze department records, classify records, and research appropriate retention values Create written documentation of workflow and processes for managing all record types Company Benefits & Culture Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Commitment to work-life balance For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
