Requirements Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Prepare and package outgoing shipments for delivery Pick and pull orders accurately Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Salary & Benefits Starting $14-16 per hour Morning shift M-F 8am-4:30pm Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Disability insurance program 401(k) with company profit sharing Wellness program PTO and paid Holidays Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a warehouse role is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to lift and move packages, and perform physical tasks as required Salary Description $14.00 - $16.00 an hour
