In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, maintain financial records, and support the credit department with essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Processing vendor invoices and payments. Verifying the accuracy of payment documentation. Reconciling account balances and resolving discrepancies. Assisting with resale and exemption certificate verification. Maintain organized records and uphold a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. Work within ERP systems and imaging software to process, track, and organize financial documents. Preferred Qualifications: 1-year accounting degree or a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience. ERP and imaging software experience preferred.
