Warehouse Personnel Overview Responsibilities & Authorities: -Shipping and Receiving materials, Inventory, Cleaning and product preservation inspection for assigned isle -Shipping -Stage product for LTL Deliveries, UPS, Fed Ex, Will Call Orders and TBP trucks. Create BOL slips for outgoing product. -Receiving -Receiving of product shipped in by carriers, UPS, Fed Ex, and TBP trucks -Inventory -Stocking Inventory received into warehouse Qualifications: -Minimum Requirement – High School -Basic Math Skills -Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Windows OS Training Required: -On The Job -Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Picker Certification Physical/Mental Requirements: -Strength Guidelines: the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds from pallets to machines, with an approximate 4-5 ft lift parameter -Motion Parameters: the ability to stand for long periods of time. Typically, 8-10 hours per day. In addition, it is required to be able to operate a forklift Vision and Hearing Requirements: This position requires the ability to work around loud noises and machinery Work Environment: The ability to work in changing warehouse temperatures and conditions, such as heat and humidity Emotional Demands: The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the daily routine and fast paced environment, multitask Work Schedules: The ability to work overtime based on production needs, nights and weekends Benefits Health Care: ·         Medical ·         Dental and Vision are covered in full by TB Philly, Inc. - Supplementals available 401K: ·         100 % match on the first 3%, and 50% on the next 2%.
