Join our growing production team! We're seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to support various roles in our facility. Whether you're operating machinery or packaging finished goods, your work will help ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Positions are located in the Booneville area, with pay varying based on role and shift. Positions Available: Forklift Operator - Safely transport materials and products throughout the facility. Packer - Package finished goods, perform quality checks, and prepare items for shipment. Machine Operator - Operate machinery to support production processes. Responsibilities: Operate equipment safely and efficiently Conduct basic quality checks Assist with machine setup and changeovers Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Dependable with a proven strong attendance record Why WorkSource?
