Key Responsibilities: Post and apply highvolume daily customer payments with speed and accuracy Manage accounts receivable balances, including short and partial payments Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payment activity Assist with collections outreach when needed Use Excel to reconcile data, analyze discrepancies, and support AR reporting Qualifications: 2+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience Solid understanding of debits, credits, and journal entry concepts Career curiosity and desire to grow beyond AR over time EB-2123715594
