No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Number of Beds: 58. Patient Ratios: 6 to 1. Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : one unit coordinator 7 FT Therapist, 2 FT PTA's. Type of equipment: Overhead harness system, Balance SD system, Madonna I Care, RTI electrical stim bike, moto med, and metronome. Documentation system: Redoc for OP and Meditech for IP. Floating policy: Assist with Acute PT as census dictates. Certifications: BLS current certification. Procedures performed on unit: Perform Evaluations of Neuro Population including BI, SCI, CVA some Orthopedic Pt's and general debility. Neuro treatment to improve independence and functional mobility.
