Essential Job Responsibilities: * Sorts and delivers incoming mail and packages by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution from USPS Fedex and UPS. * Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail * Comfortable using online portals and creating shipping labels through programs such as campus ship. * Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information. * Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom and copy and print rooms. * Performs other related duties as assigned. * Manage email inbox and completes duties and tasks requested within scope of work. * Cleans conference rooms, break rooms and huddle rooms. * Submits supply orders for managers approval and keeps track of supply par levels. * Assist with event set ups and break downs, this also includes assisting catering with setup or organization when events occur onsite. * Walk through building to notate damages or fixes and/or identify areas of improvement for the client. Requirements: * Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent managerial skills. Excellent communication skills. Thorough understanding of U.S. postal regulations. Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work. Ability to use or learn to use mail center equipment and software. Fast and efficient with event set ups and breakdowns. Education and Experience: At least 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience to provide necessary knowledge and abilities. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing over 50 pounds. Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution. Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda. Picks up departmental mail. Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine. Processes and weighs outgoing mail. Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information. Replenishes postage on the postage meter as needed. Stocks supplies needed for the Mailroom. Manage mailroom email inbox Assist with Event coordinations and set-ups as assigned. Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom pantries and breakrooms. This includes cups, plates, coffee, plastic, silverware and etc,. Performs other related duties as assigned.
