Beginning pay is$21.10 plus license differentials. DOQ this pay could be more.Position Summary: Maintenance duties to include but not limited to HVACupkeep, including boilers, and maintaining/overseeing HVAC software. Carpentry,plumbing, and electrical work that can be performed without a license. Possibleoutdoor work to include snow/lawn maintenance and general upkeep of outsidebuildings.Experience: Minimum two years experience in a school setting as amaintenance worker. 1st class boiler's license required. CPO license preferred.Candidates who can provide letters of referral confirming maintenance ability willbe accepted before others.
