Position Overview This role supports the accounting team with a focus on accounts receivable, customer billing, and general bookkeeping. The position also assists with select month-end close activities and provides exposure to both manufacturing and technology-driven financial operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts receivable activities, including periodic collections follow-ups with customers Prepare and upload customer invoices to online portals in a timely manner Apply cash receipts and update the accounting system to reflect payments accurately Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system Requirements Prior bookkeeping experience with hands-on accounts receivable responsibilities Experience working within an ERP system Exposure to JD Edwards or Oracle is a strong plus Manufacturing industry experience is preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Click here to apply online EB-2355709545
