Warehouse Associate You are a trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love to assist others on a day-to-day basis. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. You have experience in a will-call style warehouse, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's). A clean driving history (for local deliveries). A steady work history (3 years between hops), a pleasant disposition, high EQ. Location: In-person (not remote or hybrid) 67 West St #527 Brooklyn NY 11222 Schedule: Hours per week: 40 hours per week. Days per week: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Your manager: James, Ops Manager Your Contribution to OneButton: Inventory Management/Inbound Logistics: Incoming shipments: Receive, verify, and process Inventory: Organize and store in designated locations Inventory Audits: Ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet vehicles Warehouse Software: Update inventory records & track product movement Monitor and restock office and shop supplies Vendor RMA's: Create & Process Collaborate: Work with team to forecast inventory & prevent shortages Order Fulfillment (for internal technicians): Products: Pick, pack, and accurately stage products for installations Deliver to Field: Products, kits, or supplies (when necessary) Documentation and Reporting: Accurate records: Inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement) Reporting: Inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
