Front Desk Receptionist The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while efficiently managing front desk operations. Working within a small team, the receptionist will report directly to the Office Manager and be responsible for facilitating smooth communication and administrative tasks to support office functionality. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner Manage multi-line phone system, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule and confirm appointments using scheduling software Maintain visitor logs and manage visitor flow Perform accurate data entry and maintain records Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Monitor and order office supplies as needed Resolve minor conflicts and provide information to visitors and staff Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills Familiarity with appointment scheduling software Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications Effective time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00
