Carpenter Apprentice The Carpenter Apprentice is responsible for performing repairs and construction tasks on mobile office trailers and new builds. This includes a wide range of duties such as framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and managing running gear. The role also involves ensuring trailers are ready for delivery, completing service-related tasks, and performing HVAC system checks and maintenance. Responsibilities Perform repairs on mobile office trailers and new builds, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting. Execute modifications as requested by customers. Ensure trailers meet quality standards and are ready for scheduled delivery dates. Complete paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls. Conduct HVAC system checks and maintenance according to company guidelines. May perform duties at field locations as needed. Essential Skills Proficient in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction tasks. Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively. Skilled in reading and interpreting general floor plans. Minimum of 2+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in electrical and plumbing is highly advantageous. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buckley, WA. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
