Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, eager Analyst to join our Finance/Accounting team. This role focuses on Chargeback analysis and will be responsible for other ad hoc analysis assignments. Responsibilities: Analyze and process chargebacks Coordination with other departments (Sales, AP, division presidents) Ensure documentation is compliant with internal control Prepare schedule of open chargebacks and current status and/or challenges Ad Hoc Analysis Timely monthly general ledger closing, including posting of journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts Prepare workpapers and other documents to support internal and external audits Requirements: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Proficient in Excel, SAP experience is preferred but not required Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, phone and in person Strong organization and analytical skills Strong work ethic and detail oriented Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets and deadlines Must be able to adapt to changing in process or deadlines CPA a plus Salary Range is $65,000-$75,000
