Compensation: $253 per hourlyJob Overview: Pre-Screen will be conducted by Aya CRNA leadership IMPORTANT RATE LISTED as an ALL INCLUSIVEPlease refrain from sending providers who are affiliated with Tacoma Anesthesia Associates, Creative Anesthesia Associates & RainierOB Experience is essential & helpful if CRNAs have experience w/ Peds Cases tooMust be willing to work NightsLooking for full time but willing to accept 2 weeks per month at a minimum ( 6 month w/ option to extend)All overtime must be pre-approved by manager IMPORTANT Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no Computed Topography or Neuro).The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Cardiac, Complete ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic Not doing: Complex vascular, head spine, neuroAverage cases per day: 40-45 general anesthetic cases per day overall, 3-4 cases per day per CRNAMedically supervised, care team model.CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center2 GI treatment rooms1 Bronchoscopy room and 1 Cath labNo new gradsCredentialing Timeframe- 60 days.
