Our client is a fast-growing healthcare staffing partner specializing in connecting top dental professionals with practices nationwide. Known for speed, quality, and a personalized approach, theyre expanding their recruiting team and looking for a driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) based in Bethesda or College Park area. What Youll Do Source, recruit, and engage dental professionals for locum and permanent roles Conduct candidate screenings and interviews Partner closely with operations and business teams to meet hiring needs Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Track activity and progress in the ATS Meet performance goals for calls, interviews, and placements What Were Looking For 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent time management Self-motivated and results-driven ATS experience preferred Dental or healthcare industry experience is a plus Why Join?
