Verjus is a seasonal wine bar and restaurant from Chef Michael Tusk, rooted in thoughtful sourcing, classic technique, and a deep respect for ingredients. We are seeking a Prep Cook who is organized, motivated, and excited to support a fast-paced, professional kitchen while building strong foundational skills.
