Job Title: Manufacturing - Warehouse Associate Lv3Client: Food Manufacturing Company Duration: 3 Months (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Valmeyer, IL 62295 Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Role Overview: Responsible for warehouse operations including order pulling, receiving, housekeeping, and equipment operation. Works closely with the supervisor and team to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely task completion. Key Responsibilities: Perform order selecting, put-away, and scanning (50%) Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards (40%) Support additional warehouse duties as assigned (10%) Operate reach truck (certified) and pallet jack safely Follow all safety regulations and cold-environment protocols Requirements: Stand-up forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted Comfortable working in cold environments (0-32°F) High school diploma or equivalent required Steel toe shoes required (Cargill provides cold-weather gear) Strong communication, urgency, and teamwork skills Preference for candidates seeking long-term employment #ZR
