What You'll Be Doing Overseeing day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects, from ground-break through punch-list and closeout Managing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Coordinating with Project Managers, Owners, and design teams to resolve field issues proactively Enforcing OSHA safety standards and maintaining a safe, productive job site Tracking project progress, preparing daily reports, and flagging risks before they become problems Conducting quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction What We're Looking For 4–8 years of superintendent experience, with a strong focus on multifamily construction (apartment complexes, mixed-use, or similar) Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously Solid understanding of construction schedules, drawings, and specifications Strong communicator — you lead by example and keep everyone aligned OSHA 30 certification preferred A track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard What's In It For You Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience A company with top-rated culture and reviews — people genuinely enjoy working here Strong future pipeline — long-term job security with exciting projects ahead Clear path for career progression into Senior Superintendent or Project Management roles Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO Ready to Take the Next Step? xywuqvp If you're a driven Superintendent who takes pride in delivering exceptional multifamily projects, we'd love to hear from you.
