Cafe Mado is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Servers and Assistant Servers to join our team as we prepare to open our garden for the spring and summer season. Cafe Mado is a restaurant from Michelin-starred Redwood Hospitality, the group behind Oxalis, Place des Fêtes, and Golden Ratio. Located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, Cafe Mado offers seated brunch and dinner service rooted in seasonal cooking, thoughtful hospitality, and a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere. As the weather warms, service expands into our back garden, which becomes a lively extension of the dining room. We are looking for individuals who take pride in creating genuine connections with guests and who are excited to help curate memorable dining experiences. Our service style is warm, professional, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and hospitality. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced full-service environment and excited about food, wine, and seasonal cooking. Familiarity with low-intervention wines and cocktails is appreciated, though curiosity and a desire to learn are equally important. Positions will include brunch, and dinner service, both indoors and outdoors in our garden. Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications: • At least 1 year of serving experience in NYC or another major city• Knowledge of Toast POS preferred• Open availability and a flexible schedule• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences• Strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude• Interest in low-intervention wines and seasonal beverage programs is a plus• Barista experience is a plus Cafe Mado is an equal opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
