This is a meaningful opportunity for a Psychiatric APRN who is passionate about serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders in an integrated, team-based setting. About the Role The Psychiatric APRN works alongside social workers, clinicians, and case managers to provide coordinated, whole-person care. You ll build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). This role offers the autonomy to make independent clinical decisions while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and re-evaluations Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide psychiatric medication evaluation and ongoing medication management Prescribe and manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders Monitor treatment effectiveness and coordinate care with primary care providers Participate in on-call coverage rotation Serve as a clinical leader on the interdisciplinary treatment team Communicate changes in treatment plans and client needs to appropriate staff And more!
