Job Full Description $16-17/hour Experienced metal shop worker needed to assemble electrical and metal products in a warehouse environment in Tucker. Responsibilities include: -Work with 20 gauge metal materials -Knowledgeable and familiar with tools (tape measures, drills, and clamps) -Basic Knowledge of Electronics -Operate pneumatic tools, including but limited to rivet guns -Fasten components and parts to electrical fixtures via bolts, screw, rivets, and other fasteners -Wire/Install lamp ballasts for multi-lamp fluorescent fixtures (no terminals) -Adhere to company safety and personnel policies -Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment Experience with mechanical shears, press-break, and punches a plus. Forklift certification is a plus. Requirements: -Common sense, technical reading skills and clear communications skills -Able to move 50 lbs. -Ability to read a tape measure -Work to 1/64th tolerences -Minimum of 3 years related experience -High school diploma or GED Position: This is an evaluation hire position and the hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
