DescriptionJob Summary: Assists the dietary cook in preparing meals for residents and operates the dishwasher. Job Responsibilities: Assists the cook in preparation of meals and snacks. Assists in service of meals to residents in dining room. Operates automatic dishwasher and disposal. Returns clean items to proper locations and cleans work area. Utilizes high standards of sanitation and safety. Assisting other dietary staff in completing duties as needed. Job Qualifications & Skills: Ability to follow procedures and basic cooking directions. Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Willingness and ability to learn
