Job Title: Data entry associate Job Duration: 24+ months Work Type: Onsite Pay Rate: $20 - $22.57/hr. on W2 Job Description: Performs low-volume data entry (including sales order entry), performs basic management of electronic files, accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database, enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence, formats and produces documents, and assists/conducts data field accuracy compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience keying/capturing all customer call details/interactions into a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) (Salesforce experience is desirable) Dependability and a strong work ethic is imperative to this position Experience with Microsoft Office suite with a concentration in Word and Excel Ability to navigate several open Internet tabs on multiple monitors Computer experience to include simple tasks like copy/paste, find, google search, etc. Data entry (web-based applications) Attention to Detail (accuracy) Ability to multi-task as well as take direction from multiple sources Ability to interpret and follow standard work instructions and job aids Ability to work in multiple systems at one time
