This role requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive legal matters with absolute integrity. About the Legal Executive Assistant Role As a Legal Executive Assistant, you will partner closely with attorneys and senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal and executive functions. You will be responsible for managing confidential documentation, coordinating legal workflows, and supporting highlevel decision-making in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Executive Assistant Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior legal counsel and executive leaders. Prepare, draft, and manage confidential legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and prioritization. Assist with contract management, document tracking, and maintaining legal files and databases. Support preparation for board meetings, regulatory submissions, and internal compliance reviews. Serve as a trusted liaison between legal leadership, internal teams, and external counsel. Conduct legal research, summarize findings, and support special projects as assigned. Maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit superior discretion in all interactions. Qualifications for the Legal Executive Assistant 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Executive Assistant supporting legal or compliance functions. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential legal matters with professionalism. Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation standards. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and legal document management systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Experience coordinating with attorneys, executives, and external legal partners. Why Join Us?
