Job Description

Written by a human, not AI. Can you sense my belief that a VA opportunity here in Little Rock, Arkansas is one of the best in the country?Think about it from a daily practice enjoyment standpoint - 4 of the top 5 problems doctors deal with every day are absolutely non-existent here at Veterans Affairs in Little Rock. What are they you ask Good question I say! 1. Limited time with patients 2. Over reaching insurance companies "advising" your therapy and procedure choices 3. Difficult leadership pressing for higher work rates and competing priorities and 4. Lack of interdisciplinary support As for the 5th, we're improving the EMR system and would love your buy in and help! We know our total annual compensation can't match your private practice offers; but seriously, the freedom, enjoyment, purpose, and hours you'll have every day at work here can be a vast difference from the heavy hustle mentality and stress experienced in private practice. Been there, done that. I guess you'll have to decide which is more valuable to you; a sustainable work rate providing high quality time for life or lots of money. Whatever your choice is, that is completely fine and you should be firm in it. As for Little Rock, $330,000+ in compensation plus amazing benefits provides a top 1% life here in Arkansas (low cost of living). Think lake house, long vacations, the home you want, debt free, extra money for capital investments, and time for enjoying it all if that's your thing. Particulars below - if you're still reading.
