We're seeking an experienced and dedicated professional with at least one year of baking experience (culinary degree preferred) to craft our pastries and contribute to pastry production.This is an early morning (4am start) bake and production shift; Wednesday through Sunday.At Hewn, we are passionate about hand-making naturally fermented artisan breads and pastries daily, using locally sourced organic flour and grains.
