Position Title: Technical Outcomes Lead Location: Remote (In the U.S) Other Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Technical Outcomes Lead to join our team supporting our OMEGA Customer Engagement Team. In this role you will provide technical leadership to multiple teams within one of our COE Pillars and drive operational excellence. This role will include mentoring junior and mid-level contributors, bringing clarity through documentation to vague situations, and advising leadership on risks and delays. This role will interface with multiple business units and often include standing in the gap when teams need extra support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about bringing clarity to confusing situations, providing technical leadership and mentoring others to the next level in their career. Success requires the ability to context switch frequently, keep reports, schedules, and critical documents at your fingertips and have a sharp eye for efficiency opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies Serve as the intake for new leadership requirements that are needed and translate them into actionable plans, next steps and identify gaps for delivery team to execute Support the standardization of best practices to improve consistency, repeatability, and efficiency across teams as assigned Ability to break vague instructions into actions and manage back with questions until clarity is achieved Translate verbally communicated information, deadlines and concepts into a visual/written anchor to use as the baseline for forming project and goals Mentor and coach other leaders to develop a strong execution-oriented culture Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership Demonstrate month-over-month improvements to team organization and executive reporting Identify opportunities to improve documentation or reporting quality and develop plan Understand and own timelines for assigned projects including working with PMs and Individual Contributors to have clarity on execution requirements ensuring schedule stays on track as needed Take ideas and problem statements from the visionary state and produce the nuanced breakdown needed for successful on time delivery Provide clear process flows and documentation when gaps are identified and/or new requirements are established Own development of client facing meeting visuals as assigned Capability to supervisor and mentor direct reports QUALIFICATIONS Public Trust Clearance will be required Education Bachelors in IT related field 10 Years of experience relevant to the position Understanding of SDLC and product release cycles, ability to support current state and drive innovation 5+ years working cross functionally within development and release teams Crisp and polished verbal communication, able to present in meetings, read the room and work with consistently changing stakeholder groups Results oriented, data driven leadership style Experience in agile, fast-paced environments Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills WORKING CONDITIONS Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday EST business hours. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting. Some travel may be required.
