Job title: Registered Nurse Specialty: Transplant Job location: New York, NY 10032 (hospital setting) Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Contract start date: 06/01/2026 Travel pay package: Up to $3,050.00 weekly gross approx. Duties: The responsibilities below reflect the key areas where the traveler RN will provide support, with the primary transplant coordinator role. Traveler RN – Expected Responsibilities • Triage Support: Triage patient phone calls and efficiently communicate patient needs to the NP/MD providing triage coverage. • Laboratory Review & Follow Up: Collaborate with the triage nurse practitioner to review outpatient laboratory results and communicate any resulting medication changes or updates to the plan of care to patients and caregivers. • Clinic Support: Provide support during clinic visits and follow-up care in collaboration with physicians (MD) and/or nurse practitioners (NP).
