We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cash Posting Specialist to join our dedicated Revenue Cycle team of eight. This role is essential for ensuring the financial integrity of patient accounts by accurately processing payments, interpreting complex remits, and resolving variances in a high-volume environment. salary: $29.99 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities High attention to detail and accuracy in posting across multiple dates of service, payers, and accounts Ability to break down and allocate lump sum payments across multiple patient accounts Comfortable with researching payment variances and resolving discrepancies independently Excellent math and analytical skills to interpret remits and validate correct application strong communication skills for collaborating with billers, collectors, and payers Skills Basic Accounts Receivable Accounts Receivable Basic Computer Skills QuickBooks Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
