Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping and receiving operations. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Organize and store inventory in designated locations. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Label, scan, and document items using warehouse systems. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors. Essential Skills Ability to lift and move heavy items, typically up to 50 lbs. Basic math and computer skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required).
