Description Position: Full-time, Call Center Representative - Remote, Oahu-based Location: Honolulu Industry: Non-Profit Schedule: Must be available 7-days per week between 7:00am - 10:00pm. Two possible shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Schedules provided biweekly. Pay: $17.38 per hour Candidates must be in-state to apply and be considered. This role connects individuals and families to essential community resources and services with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. Evening and weekend shifts are available. Job Duties: Respond to calls, texts, chats, and emails to provide community resource referrals. Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive support. Accurately document client interactions and maintain confidentiality. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure service effectiveness and client satisfaction. Participate in required trainings and provide feedback to improve resource listings.
