Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner We are seeking fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners to start or grow a private practice as independent contractors (1099). You will provide psychotherapy, medication management and other psychiatric care while using our platform to streamline billing, credentialing and administrative tasks. About the role The position requires you to conduct psychotherapy sessions and oversee medication management for clients within the Headway network. You will also manage client scheduling, documentation and frequent communication, while handling your own caseload autonomy. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy sessions to clients as indicated. Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation in the built‑in EHR, including assessments and treatment notes. Communicate with clients through secure messaging and provide timely care as needed. Adhere to credentialing, billing and compliance requirements set by Headway and state boards. Qualifications Fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in your state (e.g., APRN-CNP, PMHNP‑BC, NP). Valid DEA or CDS number and NPI number. Correct ANCC or AANP board certification.
