Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for handling the majority of warehouse clerical and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations at Rembrandt. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supporting production needs, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation across warehouse and logistics activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records for packaging materials, ingredients, hazmat, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production. Assists in scheduling inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer requirements. Generate and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required shipping documentation. Assists in managing Certificate of Authentication (COA) and Certificate of Compliance (COC) verification of incoming goods. Perform inventory adjustments and corrections in the warehouse management or ERP system as needed. Communicate with incoming carriers and coordinate shipments with third-party warehouses and logistics providers. Run and distribute warehouse, inventory, and shipment reports to internal stakeholders. Assist with cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Support EDI processes, including verification of transactions and troubleshooting discrepancies. Verify sales orders to ensure accurate shipment to customers. Serve as a point of contact between the warehouse, production, logistics, maintenance, and customer service teams. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Assists in material handling and lot/quantity verification of goods as needed. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse clerical, logistics, or inventory control role, preferably in food manufacturing or distribution. Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, third-party partners, and internal teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Preferred: Associate degree or relevant coursework. Transportation and Warehouse experience in Food Processing, Food Service. Equipment: Company issued Safety and GMP PPEs and apparel. Office equipment: copier, computers, tablets, printers, telephones, hand-held radios, calculators. Universal Expectations: Follow all Safety, Biosecurity, Environmental, and Animal Welfare Procedures. Ensure compliance with and follow all OSHA and REI safety regulations and procedures. Maintain confidentiality. Adhere to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks.
