Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a - 3:30p Summary Kelli's is currently seeking a Truck Loader to join our Outbound team in the Warehouse department in Coppell, TX. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, you will move shipments of products from within the warehouse to the loading dock, then load products into the trucks. This is a physically demanding job, so you must be able to stand, squat, and bend for long periods, as well as lift up to 60 pounds. No experience is necessary, as we will provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities Transport product to the shipping-line using a standup forklift. Move products by hand from the conveyor belt into a shipping trailer. Load trucks efficiently without damaging products, making sure shipping labels are on every carton and heavy cartons are not stacked on light cartons. Review each load and ensure documentation is completed properly. Maintain shipping-line cleanliness while loading the truck. Help shipping-line clerk pack boxes with void fill. Other duties as assigned Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED certificate. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods. Forklift experience preferred but not required (we will train you). Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Reliable transportation. Work Environment Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled building Standing and walking for extended periods
