Position Overview The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth order process, strong communication, and high service levels. This role works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution Partner with internal teams (sales, supply chain, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Process, track, and manage customer orders from entry through delivery Handle customer requests related to pricing, product availability, and lead times Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer complaints Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service Monitor order activity and proactively address potential service issues Coordinate inventory and replenishment needs with internal and external partners Support reporting and analysis related to customer activity and service levels Assist team members as needed to manage workload fluctuations Qualifications Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related) 3+ years of customer service or operations support experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar strongly preferred) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial environment Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or order management Experience with international documentation (nice to have) Medical, dental, vision, 401k vacation
