Packer Packer We are looking for someone who is a little more acclimated to physical labor and will have no issues with standing/walking 8 to 9 hours a day, lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds, and able to push or pull a cart up to 60 pounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complies with the company's safety policies and abides by all federal and state regulations Unloading the dehydrator Unracking and quality assurance of cooked product Run product through slicer and sort for quality assurance Run bagger machine to dispense product Dispense product in bags Weigh the bags to meet company specification Seal the bags and ensure proper vacuum per company standards Preparing product for shipping Palletize and deliver to warehouse Safety sensitive in accordance with OSHA guidelines Other duties as assigned Essential Functions: Able to stand/walk 8 to 9 hours a day Bend/stoop, squat, twist, reach above shoulder frequently, stack, and kneel Must be able to lift or carry up to 30 pounds Must be able to push or pull a cart up to 60 pounds Work in an environment with various odors Must be able to work overtime and weekends Must be able to work in hot and dry environment up to 130 degrees occasionally and up to 80 degrees frequently. These areas may have slippery walking surfaces.
