Locum General Dentist needed in BEAUTIFUL Eureka, CA Outpatient Setting - FQHC Credentialing: 3-4 weeks Start: ASAP - Targeting February 9th or 16th LOA: 6 month contracts preferred, will accept 3 month contracts Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8A-5P - 4 10/hr days are NOT an option at this location. Patient Volume: Average of 16-18 patients per day. MUST see 8-9 minimum patients per 4 hours. Patient care is 36 hrs/week. 4hrs for administrative time.Procedures: General Dentist ry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 50/50 kids/adults. Extractions are a MUST.
