Location:Lihue, HI Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Rotational Saturdays (hours may vary) Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and providing solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional, and positive customer experience during each interaction Assist customers with day-to-day requests, questions, and transactions Actively listen to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations Educate customers on available tools, services, or self-service options Accurately handle transactions while maintaining attention to detail Maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures and policies Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team goals Adapt to changing priorities in a busy, customer-facing environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree or relevant work experience preferred At least 2 years of customer service experience required Cash handling or transaction-based experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Comfortable using computers, digital tools, and technology Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lihue, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
