Our Prep/Make Ready team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. Qualifications * At least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field * Ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready * Strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards * Capable of performing light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, touch-ups) * Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude * Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors RDGJP
