Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Administrator for the Facilities Maintenance Computerized Maintenance Management System.Establish and maintain an inventory control systemProvides administrative support to the director and department such as correspondences, scheduling appointments, etc.Handles visitors for the Facilities Maintenance DepartmentFile and archive, warranties, manuals, and specification sheetsOrders materials and supplies as directed by the directorMonitor profit & loss performanceProcesses purchasing ordersProcesses and code invoices to the Accounting departmentProcesses employee paperwork to Human Resources and Accounting departmentMaintains all service agreements, W-9's and Insurance for department vendorsSchedule preventative maintenance with vendorsAssist with Property Condition Assessments & corrective action plansObtain quotes for repairs, services, and renovationsCoordinate schedules for repairs, services, and renovationsAssists with the preparation of reportsAssists with budget preparation and changesAssist in repairs of facilities as neededOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:Minimum 5 years mechanical experience.Minimum 3 years budgeting labor, expenditures, etc.Ability to coordinate workload to meet deadlinesGood organizational skills; ability to multi-taskExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenCourteous, congenial personalityGeneral understanding of facility related codes and requirementsMinimum three to five years of administrative experience, including typingWorking knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new softwareMust be willing to work when neededMust be able to bend, stretch, stoop, and lift a maximum of 100 lbsValid GA driver's license with a good record Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
