Location:Beach Happy Cafe – 4 Watercolor Blvd. S Unit 101C, Santa Rosa Beach, FL.32459Position Type:Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary:Beach Happy Cafe is seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Watercolor. As a New Hire Team Member, you will be cross-trained to support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:Front of House (FOH):Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitudeTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDeliver food and drinks in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areasHandle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionallyOperate POS system and handle transactions as neededBack of House (BOH):Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasksFollow all recipes, portioning, and presentation standardsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areasWash dishes and maintain dish area as neededSupport cooks and kitchen staff during serviceFollow all food safety and health regulations Qualifications:Previous restaurant experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Expectations:Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shiftsMaintain a clean, professional appearanceProvide outstanding customer service at all timesWork collaboratively with all team members across departmentsUphold Beach Happy Cafe’s standards and values What We Offer:Competitive payFlexible schedulingOpportunity for growth and advancementPositive and team-focused work environment Powered by JazzHR
