If you thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and enjoy tackling challenges, we can't wait to meet you!ResponsibilitiesSafely operate skid loaders and other heavy equipment in various asphalt milling and paving environmentsAssist with site preparation, including cleaning, grading, and moving materials as directedConduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetyCollaborate with team members and supervisors to effectively coordinate workflow and project needsAdhere to all company safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe job siteParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Requirements Previous experience as a skid loader operator or similar role is preferred Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction environments Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Pass pre-employment drug screening.
