Job Description

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively between customers and service technicians; ensuring the customer's needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner while providing superior customer service. This is a rotational position 7 days on working from 6pm - 6 am, then 7 days off. * High school diploma or equivalent * Organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Expert level Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word skills, phone and filing duties * Ability to interpretate and understand geographic information portrayed on a map. * Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Product knowledge with Catwalks, Top Drives and Wrenches * Previous dispatcher experience and/ or experience with drilling equipment. * Spanish speaking BEHAVIORAL COMPENTENCIES: * Good Judgement and the ability to make quick decisions * Good Customer service skills * Teamwork * Technological Skills * Organizational Skills TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES: * Product Knowledge ability to respond to queries related to Rig equipment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: * Requires close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. * Typically works in a moderately noisy, business office environment. * Responsible for answering the phone and talking directly to customer to receive information concerning the job. * Liaise as required with customers and technicians. * Communicate effective and provide superior customer service * Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries * Responsible for dispatching technician and communicating with customer on ETA. * Responsible for entering in tickets in D365 and Work Orders in myMaintenance * Understand and comply with all legal requirements and company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Quality and HSES, etc. * Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of Authority, when applicable * Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc. * Other duties as assigned #LI-JA1
