Position: Ariel Lineman Company: Essel Essel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ariel Lineman to join our team. As an Ariel Lineman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead electrical power lines and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable electric service. Key Responsibilities: * Climb poles and work from bucket trucks to install, maintain, and repair power lines. * Inspect electrical lines and equipment for damage or defects and perform necessary repairs. * Follow established safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety during all operations. * Collaborate with other crew members to complete assigned projects on schedule. * Operate hand and power tools and equipment required for overhead electrical work. * Respond to emergency outages and perform restoration work as needed. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
