Job Description: * 15+ years in IT service management, with specific experience in banking systems, Asset Management or financial data flows. * Very good experience in leading end-to-end transition and stabilization of enterprise application * Experience in Designed and delivered enterprise application platforms, execution of technology investments. * Experience in managing integration and transition of applications across Finance, Risk, ALM, and Capital Markets, including * governance, cutover planning, and stabilization. * Experience in Implementing FinOps, TBM, and allocation and chargeback models, strengthening technology financial * governance. * Experience with Agile methodologies and working with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technology. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Roles & Responsibilities * Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for business units, providing updates on system performance * and addressing concerns. * Problem Management: Manage application delivery & performance, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and implement * long-term solutions. * Release Management: Coordinate the deployment and go-live of new application features, ensuring minimal * disruption. * Risk & Compliance: Implement controls to manage operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory * standards. * Team Leadership: Mentor technical staff and collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery methodologies.
