Ourlocations are strategically positioned in the key markets of the SoutheasternRegions.Knowledge of orderentry, invoicing, HOS and E-log / ELD preferred.Responsibilities Dispatch and supervise company drivers, O/OP's and Hot Shot Drivers Quote and Rate Experience in Brokering tractor trailer loads Call in POD's to our customers Prepare, enter, and post billing Manage incoming phone calls Tec intellect is a must ( Microsoft 365 ) Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customersExperience Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Experience with Microsoft 365 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 2-year degree preferred or High school diploma with valid experienceBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Disability plans Accidental Plans Paid time off Vision insurance Life insuranceJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayPlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
