Job Title: Job Captain Job Description We are seeking a talented Job Captain or Project Architect with 3-6 years of experience to support a diverse range of projects, including community, K-12, multifamily, office spaces, water, wastewater, and religious buildings. We value candidates who are more design-oriented over highly technical, and assess potential team members based on the quality of their portfolios, including work from school projects. Candidates must be licensed or on track for licensure. Responsibilities * Demonstrate proficiency in Revit. * Develop schematic designs (SD). * Develop construction documents (CD). * Develop design development (DD). * Work on projects from start to finish. * Create 3D models. * Render architectural designs. Essential Skills * Proficiency in Revit. * Experience in construction document development. * Experience in architectural design. * Ability to use Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Rendering capabilities. * Bachelor's degree in architecture. * Experience running projects from start to finish. * Design sense and problem-solving abilities.
