Job Description * Use exceptional customer service skills to view critical part allocation requests from operators and MRO facilities. * Update and create accurate material delivery commits for decision making on part allocation between operator and MRO shops. * Participate in SAP Testing environment. Provide feedback on SAP UI updates prior to updating production environment. * Review material shortage status and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate. Work with CAMs to understand operator requirement. * Reah out to buyers to obtain commit dates for critical parts * Update internal spare parts team on the commit stream for parts related to the assigned buyer codes Experience/Qualifications * Strong customer service skills * 1-3 years' experience in Delivery Assurance * Proficient in SAP * Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook). * Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus. * Industrial management and understanding of materials processes a plus.
